It took about 30mins to get to the shark spot. The camera man started whistling but it was the motor that the sharks knew. They have been fed at the same time for 20 odd years so they know. A guy throws out a rope and that's it you just hang on and watch them. There were about 25 to 30 black tip reef sharks.

On Wednesday we went on a shark and ray tour. I love how we could book everything to our room, cocktails, tours, food... :)

Andy took some rippers of photos at dusk. He was out for a good hour taking these shots, our canon ixus which is about 5 or 6 years old still does a good job.

The sunsets were magic of a night we would lay by our pool and drink vodka and pineapple juice or baileys on ice.

A main feature of the pool was the big tree. Plenty of lounges to relax on during the day we never had trouble getting one.

The overwater bungalow's were gorgeous but very $$$$. We orginally had a Beach bungalow booked but they overbooked them it didn't matter as we got one better the Garden Bungalow which were very private and had our own plunge pool in a courtyard. :)

After our 7hr 50min plane ride from Sydney we stayed overnight at the Sofitel Mavea Beach in Papeete, Tahiti. It was a really nice hotel and this is a photo looking out over the pool area on the 6th floor balcony.

We didn't really have a good sleep as the local's were partaaaaaying until about 3am.

Me and Andi spent the last 7 nights in beautiful Moorea and Papeete. It was a magical holiday - pure relaxation. We got back today and are both a bit jet-lagged as you cross the international dateline.

We took some great photos and got a DVD of us snorkling with the sharks and patting the stingrays. :)

I wish I was still over in 32 degree weather instead of cold 17 degrees. I hope we can return oneday and try Bora Bora maybe on a stopover to the US or Japan or maybe just another relax holiday.

You know those yellow envelopes that come in the post box full of eyebrow trimmers and thomas the tank wall clocks... well 2 years ago I saw some really cute return address labels for xmas. I went to their website and that had all this crazy shit that was for free but the killer was postage. Anyhow it's still pretty cheap and it's sent from Sweden but some of the stuff is average some is OK. I found the quality to be good. So if you are after cards, magnets or return adress labels check it out.

DJ Molly Donuts dog is so cute and I haven't seen her for ages. Al said she's been clipped short as she's living with Donut's parents on the farm. I've done the house work and was going to play some WoW but I think I might surf the net and work on the house scrap book. I saw these motion sensor owls at socrates at xmas and didn't buy one because they were $$$. I happened to go past a month ago and they were 50% off (don't think they were a huge seller). Anyways it hoots and moves it's head when you walk past it. Ollie was a bit miffed by it. I think it's kinda cool with it's hairsprayed coif.

My birthday haul. Got some nice pressies.. A CR dress like the one pictured. I wore it on friday with some black tights and a black turtle neck.
I also scored a black CR trench.
The girls at work got me some necklaces and a cute hello kitty mug and easter egg.
Today I got the pressie from Andi's parents a dark grey bird bath! :)

Our last part of our trip!! Honkers!!! I loved Hong Kong it was safe, easy to get around and great food and shopping! I love this piccie of Andi doing the Bruce Lee pose along the Avenue of Stars. Once he did this it set off a chain reaction of everyone else doing it! Someone later on asked for a photo with him.

Kyoto, Nijjo Castle. It was freezing the day we went to the castle but it was one of my favourite days. The castle was amazing I especially liked the nightingale floors that squeaked to warn intruders. We weren't allowed to take photo's of the artwork on the walls inside but it was amazing that most of it had been preserved. This photo is the outside of one of the castles.

This is a really blurry picture and I wanted to take it home but thought I better not. It's got this picture of a squirrel with a plastic bag over its head and it shows steps how to put a plastic bag over your head. I thought it was weird but pratty worked out that if there was a fire then you would get as much fresh air as you could in the bag and then get to the quickest exit.

The full range of beverages in the veding machine. I didn't try the can of peanuts but it looked pretty cool. This was only cold drinks. The hot drinks machines were really cool out would come this hot coffee in a can! I also took a liking to grape fanta although it was really sweet...

We went to Harijuku as I wanted to go to Kiddyland which is a massive toy store that goes up 5 levels and also to see the Harjuku girls. I didn't really know what to expect as I thought they would kind of dress in pirate shirts and high platforms like Gwen Stefani.... but really they are goths. They all hang out by this bridge near a park.

The lines were so crazy.... crazier than Anaheim Disneyland. Even with fast passes it was hours and hours and hours to get on rides. I think the longest we waited was 2hrs to ride Space Mountain but it was well worth it.

Everyone knows how much I love Disneyland. Well Andi was kind enough to take me to Tokyo Disneyland. The day we choose was about 1 degree and it was raining but we still had a great time!!! Here is the famous flowerbed Mickey that is always outside every Disneyland. At the end of the day when we were coming out I saw a little kid drop his pants and go to the toliet on it... Walt wouldn't of been very impressed.
