Icanhaschezeburger

One of my favourite sites is icanhascheezeburger.com. This photo reminds me when I had my barbie star traveller and Felix used to jump in the van and all the pieces would go flying.. ...

SHARKS and ANDI

At the end of feeding time I quickly came on the boat to take some photos of Andi. You can see him at the right hand end with the snorkle in his mouth.

SHARKS!!!!!

It took about 30mins to get to the shark spot. The camera man started whistling but it was the motor that the sharks knew. They have been fed at the same time for 20 odd years so they know. A guy throws out a rope and that's it you just hang on and watch them. There were about 25 to 30 black tip reef sharks.

Shark and Ray Tour

This is one of the overwater bungalows just before the boat took off. These are the most expensive bungalows as they face away from the resort towards the ocean.

Shark and Ray Tour

On Wednesday we went on a shark and ray tour. I love how we could book everything to our room, cocktails, tours, food... :)

A boat came and picked us up and this photo is taken from the boat leaving our resort.

Moorea Pearl - Overwater Bungalows Dusk

Andy took some rippers of photos at dusk. He was out for a good hour taking these shots, our canon ixus which is about 5 or 6 years old still does a good job.

The sunsets were magic of a night we would lay by our pool and drink vodka and pineapple juice or baileys on ice.

Moorea Pearl - Inifinity Pool Tree

A main feature of the pool was the big tree. Plenty of lounges to relax on during the day we never had trouble getting one.

Pearl Resort Moorea - Garden Bugalow

The overwater bungalow's were gorgeous but very $$$$. We orginally had a Beach bungalow booked but they overbooked them it didn't matter as we got one better the Garden Bungalow which were very private and had our own plunge pool in a courtyard. :)
